Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

We reserve the right to delay shipments temporarily in cases of extreme weather, supply shortages, logistics breakdowns or force majeure events, and we will notify you via email for any long delays.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $80 within the contiguous United States

    Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may take 10–25 business days to arrive, depending on local customs clearance efficiency.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or cover any additional customs charges.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by local customs inspections, quarantine or local logistics restrictions.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If items arrive damaged or your package is confirmed lost by the courier, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the package within 48 hours of delivery tracking update. We will arrange a re-delivery or partial refund after verification.

5. Shipping Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. Address changes requested after order dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Any extra forwarding fees caused by incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
